DHCP is assigning a wrong ip
« on: April 25, 2012, 07:55:18 AM »

I just got my new WZR-HP-G450H, the default ip is 192.168.11.1. I had everything working except for when i connect wirelessly, dhcp gives me a addresss of 192.168.1.2. This isnt a real network, so i must statically assign 192.168.11.2 to get internet. In the router config, i have it as 192.168.11.1, and the starting ip is 2. Why is it broadcasting a fake network?

You must have a virtual AP setup using the wrong subnet
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I turned off the Virtual AP's, I think what it was, was a netgear router that I was using as a switch. For some reason it was pointing there. I took it out, and put in a normal switch. Now I think everything will work.
