How to add a wds repeater (not universal mode)
« on: June 22, 2011, 12:05:28 PM »

I was triying to add an AP (TP LINK) in repeater mode in order to extend the router range.

this is very simple, but after the AP configuration i cant get the new signal clients reach to the internet.

any suggestion?

i can connect as usual via wifi using the password and everything, but no internet access

Try using this FAQ.

Use the part were it talks about setting up the WDS station. These settings should work for you. Just change the IP scheme it mentions to the one for your main router.
