AOSS with other Buffalo routers as repeaters
« on: March 15, 2011, 02:15:04 PM »

I looked for this but couldn't find this specific scenario.

I am using AOSS to set up multiple WHR-HP-G300N routers as one router (master) and 3 repeaters (slaves).  The instructions regarding WDS states that a master can only connect to 2 slave repeaters.  However, AOSS instructions state that it can connect to several AOSS enabled pieces of hardware.  Which is the case in my scenario?  I need to know before I buy more of these or not.

Thanks in advance for any help in this.

You can only have two AOSS connected AP's but can have clients which use the AOSS feature... Thats why it states several AOSS enabled pieces of hardware.
