wireless problem with airstation nfiniti
« on: January 13, 2011, 08:42:54 AM »

hi,

i have been using my airstation nfiniti wzr2-g300n wireless router for over a year and a half with no problems at all, until yesterday.

my laptop, and 2 mobile phones are no longer able to find a wireless connection through the router, although i am able to connect through the router using a ethernet cable from the router to my laptop.

My daughters DSi is the only item that can get a signel from the router but that connection was set up using the aoss button on the top of the router.

No settings have been changed since it was set up originally.

Any ideas on what the problem could be will be much appreciated

thanks

Jotin

You used the AOSS function which is the problem. You cannot use that function if all of your wireless devices do not support this. You will have to reset the router and set it back up again. Set up normal wpa encryption and connect her DSi with that type of encryption.
