DHCP control missing

I Have
WZR-HP-G300NH Ver.1.74 (R2.06/B1.07)

I can't find setting to assign my DHCP Start up IP address from
My Router pick up dynamic IP from router (1 - 192.168.1.2)  & I can find DHCP control in buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH
I'm looking to change start up Wi-Fi /LAN DHCP from 192.168.1.200-250

Please help

You have two routers set up or only one?

 

Click on Internet/LAN, than the LAN subtab. You'll see an option for DHCP Address Pool
