Is there going to be support for 40Mhz? Only 20Mhz right now it seems...

It's there, From the wireless network mode choose NG-Mixed, then You Must click on save before the 40Mhz Turbo mode will show up, Then you will be able to choose what channel to use.Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Is there a way to enable a USB NAS formatted XFS on it?

Even though I love DD-WRT, I wont upgrade to this until there is support for torrents - this was my main reason for buying the router and losing it would be a backward step.  Are there any plans to introduce this to a later firmware?

i even post the invalid firmware issue on buffalo facebook but it seems that buffalo support staff font bother replying...

Buffalo Facebook is run by marketing, and they forward requests to support, but facebook is mainly for marketing.

Please post questions here for customers and mods to answer, or call your local support if an answer is needed faster.- Admin

the advisory on the new ddwrt 15279 is don't touch with a 10' pole, nobody has gotten this to work properly with any router.

Got the same problem as described above.

First I tried to upgrade from version 1.72 to the Buffalo DD-WRT firmware. But then I got the invalid file error message. I thought that it had something to do with version 1.72, so I tried to upgrade to version 1.74. And it flashed successfully. Then again, I tried to flash the Buffalo DD-WRT firmware, but with no luck. Same error message.

FYI: I have downloaded the firmware a couple of times in case something was corrupt. I have also tried to reset the router to the factory settings and then flash the firmware. Tried to flash the firmware using different browsers and computers.  My hardware revision is also B0 C0.

Hope this problem will get solved soon!

one of you in the USA, please call the USA support line - we have not been able to duplicate the issue at Buffalotech USA. Once we find out what is different between your environment and router and ours, we can post a fix to it.

USA support 866-752-6210

Ask the support person to forward the information to drmemory@buffalotech.com (BT Support Mgr) and I'll post it.

You did not state - did you unzip the installer package?

I'm just wondering, is there a difference between routers for the Asia Pacific market and the USA market? Or is the firmware specifically designed to not install on routers from Asia Pacific. I'm also facing the same problem of invalid file when updating to the DD-WRT firmware from Buffalo. The label containing the SSID has B0 C0 above it as well but I'm not sure if that is the hardware revision. The serial number of my router is 44047700400888.
