WLI-TX4-AG300N Ethernet Converter Availability

I really need a WLI-TX4-AG300N to complete my network setup, and  every online store shows they are out of stock. Anyone know when they may be available again or where I can find one?

The only place I was able to find one online was a site called Consumer Depot. Just as a disclaimer, before I searched for the product's availablity, I had never heard of this site, and so, as it is not immediately affiliated with Buffalo I unfortunately cannot vouch for its crediblity, but the link is:
