WZR-HP-G300NH - Can it block Web Access in schedule?

Hello there,

 

Im just purchasing Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH for my office use, I'm just wondering is this product can block web access in schedule?

I just want to block some website during office hour, and after office hour it will enable back the web access.

 

One more thing, can this product reserved IP address?

You can block websites but not on a schedule or time. I don't understand what you mean about reserve IP?
