Client Manager V and Vista Ultimate
« on: January 05, 2009, 06:43:07 PM »

Hi everyone. I've got a problem...

I've installed Vista Ultimate SP1 32Bit today. I installed the vista driver for my Wireless-G 125 High Speed PCI Adapter and after that I installed the Client Manager V for Vista. Both from the download-site.

When I install Client Manager V i get the message:  "Client Manager V installation complete." But whenever I try to start the program, I get the message "Install failed".

My connection is really slow on my desktop. My notebook still on Windows XP doesn't have any problems.

Any ideas?

Cheers

seven

You don't need to use the client manager. That's mainly intended for users who don't have a built in client manager. Both XP and VISTA do, you're better off using the built in manager in this case. So just uninstall it and assuming you have no other third party wireless utilities installed, it should default back to windows.
