How to get out of EM-mode?

Hi!

 

I have a LS-XL that is connected to a network with about 20 users. All of a sudden no one gets contact with it, so I check it with NAS-Navigator. It says that LS-XL is in EM-mode, and I cant do anything with it. How do I get it to work again?

Do yourself a favor and follow either FAQ 2 of 5 for the forced firmware instructions, or if you're on a Mac, you could try this from JumanjiMan: http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/Forced-Firmware-Mac/td-p/120060
