hi i have a buffalo 500gb external hard disk. model hd-pxt500u2 .
The program buffalo tools can be detected when i connect the hard disk to my laptop but the password enquiry does not come up when i click on yes to run the program. (it always asks for my password first before letting me access the main hard disk folder) . because of this i cannot access my files. can anyone help?
