Ugh! I am not a computer wiz, so I need help. I am running Windows XP. This drive was working yesterday so I don't know what has happened. I opened the NASNav and the drive is listed as being in the EM Mode. I have search posts and found I should first try to update the firmware. Okay, so I go to the download page for this model and it doesn't recognize this model. It only shows ls-wx1.0 or ls-wx2.0, etc. So which do I download? I tried the 1.0 version and it wasn't right, but I tried to get in. It asks for a password - I have no idea if I have one or what it would be. Can someone lead me through this?
