Hello!
I have inherited two TS-IGL/R5 F/W 1.01 which are connected together via iSCSI. One is in our main building and the other is located in a separate building. I know it is not the best setup, but I am working on it.
Both drives have ~1TB of storage. On the unit located in the main buidling, I have an error light and the unit's display reads RAID ERROR E13 Drive Array 1. I have checked for any LEDs next to the drives and none are lit. My understanding from what I have read is there would be a red LED lit if there was an error on one of the drives.
The unit in a separate building does not have an error light on.
The unit in the main building is connected to a Windows SBS 2003 server and has the following log entries.

The iSCSI configuration seems to be correct. I have looked at this using the tool included with the Buffalo drive.
Can someone shed some light on what this means?
Thank you very much for your help.
