How do you remove the hard drive (Link Station LS-CH2.0TL)

In my LinkStation LS-CH2.0TL, the device is giving me the E22 error.  I would like to replace the drive inside, however, I can't figure out how to open the case?  Does anyone know how to open the case?  The user manual did not discuss that part.  However, after reading the forums - maybe I shouldn't replace the drive, can can remount and reformat - in which case, I have no idea how to do that.  Perhaps some guidence?
