Does anybody have any information on how -- or if it's possible -- to stream media over the internet with a Linkstation Pro.
I want to connect to my home music library while on the road and was thinking that since it's a DLNA device and has a built-in iTunes server then it should be possible.
Is it as simple as finding a piece of playback software that can read the .mp3 files on the drive and just point it to the IP address and open a port?
I've tried a bunch of ideas but haven't had any luck.
I have no problems streaming wired or wirelessly while at my local network but the remote is the challenge.
Any help would be appreciated.
