RAID is not a replacement for a backup! Here's why.
PLEASE! I'm waiting your help!
My TS-HTGL/R5 can start a kernel only from under TFTP server. It is started in EM mode. In attempt of updating writes a mistake "Couldn't pass auhtentication. Please confirm again admin-password" the Password isn't requested anywhere. What it is possible to make? How to firmware storage?(Sorry for my English)
Hei! Could you help me?
no one solved this problem?
For some reason, Buffalo has added a password to the TFTP initrd.
We have successfully patched the initrd to remove the password, and have successfully reinstalled the System.
If you are getting this issue then install the 1.33 firmware first and then 1.35 to get around the problem. Link for the 1.33 firmware is below:
http://109.104.88.61/files/downloads/TS-HTGL_1.33_1.31.zip
The 1.33 release ini file contains a line
Password = password
But this is not the correct one.
We also tried to force an update via debug, which didn't help either.
The only way for us was patching the initrd to not contain a password.
Thank you all. The station failed to start. Judging by the forums to make TS-HTGL/R5 work with MAC OS Lion will not work. Am I right?As I understand it, this is due to the fact that 10.7 changed the protocol AFP
