: Only see User Settings and no folders when logging in via Web Access
: ocdavidg68 November 19, 2010, 06:44:38 PM

LinkStation Duo LS-WXL

FW = 1.36

Not seeing any folders when logging in via Web Access. This used to work, but for some reason changed. All users set up to read/write all shares. It works fine on the network with all XP machines. Able to login via Web Access, but only see the ability to change password and logout. What could have changed or what could be wrong with the configuration?

Check to see that the folders still have the web access enabled on them in the web admin tool of the linkstation.

All the folders have Web Access enabled. Tried various things and can only see the Login/Users page after logging in. Per the Web Access FAQ another port might need to be opened on the router/firewall? That seems odd since it worked fine before and no changes were made to the port settings. Perhaps I need to reset this? Does the user name on the network make a difference versus web access?
