 Hi

Many thanks for your reply, but my issue is about add torrent files.

I can access to the WebUI without probleme.

What's the link between my issue and port forwardding ?

Issue :

1 - Access to http://iplan:9090/gui -->OK

2 - Log in admin account --> OK

3 - Add torrent URL / File

4 - Browse my computer

5 - add .torrent

6 - clic on "OK" button --> I can see download bar on the navigator but pop up box is still here and the "OK" button becomes greyed.

:(

our engineers say their unit has been running for weeks and haven't seen this issue. Have you cleared the cache from your browsers?

Can you add from a URL?  What happens if you try this link http://vodo.net/media/torrents/Pioneer.One.S01E01.REFIX.720p.x264-VODO.torrent ?

Also, what happens if you move the torrent first to the c: drive and then try to upload it?

Hello,

I am following your instruction and it's the same.

When i try to add your torrent link and i clic on "OK", pop up box desappear and there no torrent into the download's window (Please see http://www.vimeo.com/13292372)

When i try to load a torrent file from C: drive, i have the same issue like I says in my previous posts.

Our software engineer looked at your video, and can't reproduce the issue in any of her browsers. She says your Firefox browser in the video looks old. Is it the latest version of Firefox? She's thinking it may be an issue with older browsers.

Did the engineers test it in the french UI as the screenshot shows? It might be a localization problem.

Hello,

  Has this been resolved yet?

I have the same problem.

Have tried v1.33 then downgraded to v1.31.  No luck adding torrents at all!  It worked great with v1.10.  The interface wasn't great but at least it worked!

When you attempt to access the interface what is the URL you're typing into your browser?

I'm having this exact same issue with my LinkStation LS-CHL-V2. I just upgraded to the latest firmware (v1.34) and with the new uTorrent GUI, I cannot add new torrents. I've tried in Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

I looked in my browser error log and the add torrent dialog calls the URL http://192.168.1.12:9090/gui/?token=HNFhaIVzCpx0HJbAMgXm8Co4an9JOHo2gubdrPJe4JEXAzFpM7g3kFfyjUw=&action=add-file

but the response body from the linkstation on this URL is simply "invalid request".

I'm opening the webgui via the url http://192.168.1.12:9090/gui/

I'm able to edit/save the settings, etc, but not able to add new torrents (adding a torrent via a URL results in the same invalid request error).

Using a proxy http debugger, these are the headers for the add file request:

 POST /gui/?token=fNsyRL4P6KVryFwrSePXQk4T4b1JOHo2gubdrPJe4JEXAzFpM7g3kHzzjUw=&action=add-file HTTP/1.1

Accept-Languageen-us
Accept-Encodinggzip, deflate
CookieGUID=VExd2e5yoLk5u7bhUwM7
Pragmano-cache
Connectionkeep-alive

And the response:

invalid request

I've tried changing the localization settings (no difference), tweaking most of the settings, but nothing appears to work.

Any news on when this problem will get fixed?

I too had this problem, i have just bought a linkstation LS-CHL-V2 and updated the firmware to 1.34 before using the old torrent interface as i normally use utorrent anyway. when i did try using utorrent on the linkstation i couldnt add torrent files either but as it was slightly different i thought i was doing something wrong, i spent ages checking preferences, changing passwords, initialized many times and re-tried, then all of a sudden it started working and i can add torrents and they download, BUT! once downloaded they can seed and they are still in my utorrent interface but they are not in the specified folder or anywhere else on the linkstation or laptop and i think it could be linked to the original problem of not being able to add torrents. I have asked if anyone has any ideas but no replies, i am very interested to see if anyone has any solutions for either of these probs?

many thanks

LS-CHL-V2

firmware 1.34

utorrent 0.370
