Hey, i've tried to download the CD image but it's telling me the serial number is wrong. Any help would be nice :)
In which country did you purchase this - that doesn't look like a USA serial number.
I bought it in the UK off ebay, said it was refurbished. Tried registering on the Europe website with no luck as well.
I'll request for Buffalotech UK to add the serial number. is that an HD-CE500U2?

You're welcome - how much time depends upon if the web master for them is in today.
Your serial number is now registered on the Buffalotech UK site. You should be able to access all downloads for your product.
hi first time on discussion board (silver server) the refurbished s/n is 65531804201975/ previous s/n is 15524881017633 comes up as not recognised. recently purchesed this prod in the u/k. any downloads i try will not work. please try to sort this prblem for me. my p/c is running w/7 ultimate will this help you much obliged. farsher, your serial number works fine on the European site, enter the serial number 65531804201975G (note the G at the end)
