I have a TS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.35 that I had at my parents house. After I moved their data, I brought this home to my own house. Using my Windows 10 computer, I can browse to it and administer via browser. I can ping it but cannot open a share or map a drive. I can see it in NAS Navigator 2 but cannot map a share. I have tried deleteing and recreating shares and changing permissions but am unable to reach the shares.

These older devices only support SMB1. Because of the numerous security related with issues Windows 10 disables SMB1 by default.
If you do a search you'll find a number of posts describing how to enable SMB1 in windows if you want to. There are also some posts describing how to "hack" devices to enable SMB2 but I believe that only works for devices newer than the TS-HTGL.
