After the most recent update of Win10-64 on my pc I've got a popup after each startup telling me to uninstall turbopc_ex.
The problem is I have not the faintest idea how as there is no uninstall option.
I want to do this right and not just starting deleting files as people on other fora are suggesting.
So Buffalo, please help?

should be as easy as deleting the "turbopcex_xxx" folder under C:\BUFFALO.

Thank you for the reply.
I will try this but I'm still confused though, deleting files isn't the same as uninstalling and that is what is being asked, to uninstall TURBOPC EX.
And what will happen after I have deleted that folder? Will it be re-installed automatically, is it even still possible to re-install turbopc_ex and is it still useful to have this installed?

It didn't work.
Sadly there is no "turbopcex_xxx" folder under C:\BUFFALO.
There are however two files in my startup which are related, C:\Program Files (x86)\BUFFALO\TurboPC_EX\DiskCache\tpcexTray.exe and C:\Windows\system32\TC2Tray.exe.
I'll just disable those until I find a way to uninstall.

OK, I'll reescalate. Have you been able to make the popup go away?
-
Yes it has.
There's a BUFFALO folder in Program Files (x86), I've moved the contents of this folder to another location and this has worked.
I'm still waiting for a proper uninstall option as I'm sure there will be traces of this software in the registry and perhaps elsewhere?
