Hey all!
So I have the Buffalo Cloudstor CS-WV2.0/1D NAS which is directly connected to my router. Up until about 3 months ago, I was easily able to access all of my files using Pogoplug. Apparently Pogoplug is no longer a thing, and I can no longer access my NAS unless I'm at home via my home network. Can anyone help me figure out a way to again access my files remotely, without any sort of PC server? This is the whole reason I invested the money in a NAS in the first place.
Router is an Avtiontec MI424WR Rev. 1
Please let me know if you need any other information to help. I would really appreciate the help.

So is buffalotech ignoring this issue? I also sent a support ticket in and did not get a reply. What's the deal? Is this hard drive now trash?

Remote access to no longer possible as pogoplug shut down their service, as a result, as far as I can see their relationship with Buffalo is over.
Local access via the LAN should still be working.

Is there a way to reconfigure this NAS to be able to access it remotely? I can't find any FTP options in the Buffalo settings.

its only a cloudstation
you can modify it to
Linkstation Pro Duo LS-WVL
this device hase no cloud but ftp, sftp, webdav
