: WZR-600DHP Web Interface Non Accessible / Internet Issues

I've had my WZR-600DHP for a few years now and it's been working fine with my ATT DSL modem.
No issues there.

However, lately, my internet has been... "buggy."
Slow load speeds, video buffering, pages not loading, elements of pages not loading, auto refresh websites not working, etc.
It is all intermittent. Large data downloads seem to work fine without any noticeable issues.
The problem has been observed on multiple browsers and a few machines.

I moved my laptop from wireless (5Ghz N) to wired and some of the internet issues seem to have cleared for now.

My router's web interface is still not accessible, though.  When I attempt to navigate to the address, I get and "Unable to Connect" message from all browsers and devices on the network.
Restarting the router will then allow you to connect but only for awhile.

Is it possible that my hardware is failing?
