Greetings,
I just bought the WZR-HP-G300NH and have decided I'd like to user the user-friendly firmware that it claims to run.
But I don't see how to change the firmware.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....and....don't spare the details!
Thanks!

Need more details here...
You happen to know what hardware version you have? Is it the G300NH v1 or G300NH2? If it doesn't specify, then it'll be a v1. Also, what firmware is on there now? Kinda hard to guide you when we don't know what we would be guiding you thru..

On the DD-WRT version supplied by Buffalo, it's pretty straightforward, actually. Download the latest firmware image for the Friendly Firmware at www.buffalotech.com/support-and-downloads/download (http://www.buffalotech.com/support-and-downloads/download), and extract the .sip file.+ Once that's done, log in to your router using its IP address. Once that's done click on the Administration tab in the top right hand section of the DD-WRT menu. When you get there, below that, you'll see 'Firmware Update" in the little sub-menu below. Click browse, and navigate to the firmware file (it will have a .enc extension, or will say ENC or FILE next to the name). Once you do that, click update, and go grab a cup of coffee.
