The current Linkstation MySQL version is: Server version: 5.0.70

 

The current generally available version is 5.5.21

 

Be handy to either have an update option, or atleast include the current version with new firmare.

For years I wait for this upgrade and nothing until now even with the latest 1.69 firmware from october 2014.. it's a shame..

Hack the unit. and do it that way. good luck.
