Please help...
I was a real dummy, I decided to update the firmware on my TeraStation...BUT, I did not backup my data prior. The update was unsuccessful, and now I cannot access anything.
Is my data lost? Or is there any chance of recovering? (I literally am in tears right now)
Some general info:
TeraStation H1.0TGL/R5
Setup with raid 5 and several share partitians
Previous firmware was 1.08 (i think)
Attempted to install 214_102
Symptoms:
When firmware updated is launched, the "workgroup name" and "firmware" fields are blank
I have also tried to install an intermediate version: 112_104
It goes through the process and everything looks fine, till the end, where is says the renew failed.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
