: LS-CHLD94 is not set correctly. Do you wish to set Date and Time on your computer?
: gengquist March 17, 2009, 10:48:18 AM
I suddenly began having this problem with my LinkStation 500Gb drive the other day. I went into the Basic settings and tried to change the date from Feb 17, 2009 to March 17, 2009 but it will not keep this change. It continually reverts to Feb after clicking APPLY. have searched but found no information on this problem. Ideas?

I would suggest, flashing the firmware on your Linkstation. After that set the changes in the web interface, not the NAS Navi client.

Thank you for the suggestion Jason. I did as prescribed but unfortunately I get the same result. I change the month to 3, click apply and it reverts to 2.

Ok all, here is what I did after the FW update. I went to the web interface, then to reset to Factory Defaults. My LS was given a new IP. I went back into the web interface and changed the month from 2 to 3. It took it this time, problem solved.
