: Cannot Update Firmware (TERASTATION)

Model: TS-1.0TGL/R5

Windows Network - 192.168.0.106

Network Name: Terastation

Current Firmware: 1.03

 

I've downloaded the newest firmware 2.16, ran the .exe and this is what I get:

 

 

 

I can see the Terastation on the network and transfer files to it.

You are updating a different model. Its for a older Terastation. Yours is a Terastation Pro I.

Model: TS-1.0TGL/R5.

Updater is for a model HD-H1.0TGL/R5.

That is why your update failed.
