I have a device that I have sent off for RMA. I want some indication of when I will get it or a replacement back.
Despite emailing the person who emailed me the RMA number and other details to ask for an update I have had no reply.
Is there nowhere I can go to get a progress report?
It is RMA number 60006432.

You can start by telling us what part of the world you purchased your product. These are the USA/Canada forums and your RMA number is not one of our numbers.

Apologies, I did not realise this is not a worldwide forum.
I purchased the product in the UK.
As luck would have it I received an update advising me of the RMA status soon after asking the question on the forum!
Maybe I just need to learn a bit more patience.
