What type of subtitle support?

 

I'm want to play .MKV with subtitle .sub In folder have 3 file xxx.MKV , xxx.SUB , xxx.idx but subtitle is not show.

 

What should I do.

this looks like a Japanese product.

FW updates are  Here

However, the updates say nothing about subtitle support.
