Hi there,
No matter what, I cannot get my Pixus ix 5000 printer to work with the print server.
It's recognized as Bonjour and Appletalk. I can access the print servers menu over the browser. I tried static and dhcp assigned IP.
nothing works. Can this be a driver problem for the printer? I assigned once the generic post script driver and counld see some reaction on the print server as well on the printer which basically resulted in LEDs flickering. With the ix5000 standard driver no movement at all.
print server firmware is 1.10.
ps. not even the test printing function over the browser works!

Is this a simple printer or a multifunction printer? like just a simple desktop unit?
