Worked twice then quit making Blu Ray Discs. Buffalo cant help because I dont have original sales copy only

my master card receipt.Buffalo says sorry about that.

The retailer where you bought it should have their copy of the receipt. Retailers keep everything about their customers.

Where and when did you purchase it?
