: Mac Book interferes with PC connection

We have an Air Station Wireless Router and a Repeater 100' away (WHR-HP-G54 and WLI-TX4-G54HP) with PCs working just fine.  MACs have been in the house before and picked up a wireless signal fine.   Recently, a new Mac Book with AirPort has joined the household and when it accesses the net, it interferes with PCs.  PCs show a connection but get no service.  When repairing the PC network connection, it is unable to get an IP address.  After the Mac is shut down, the repeater and router have to be power cycled to let PCs back on.

I am not a Mac person.  Can anyone help?

I would change the channel on the router, the repeater model number you gave me is for a ethernet converter. So you may have to have that reconnect once the channel is changed.
