I am having issues joining my Terastation TS-WX4.0TL/R1 to our domain. I am positive I am entering the correct information yet I keep recieving an error. Below is the error log:

Failed to join domain: failed to lookup DC info for domain 'KCPAG.COM' over rpc: Logon failure
It appears it is having trouble with our DC but I know that is right as well. It's the only DC on our network! Can anyone help me?
What firmware are you using? What is the error you are getting from the GUI when you try to join the domain? What OS is the server.
This thread does a pretty good job of explaining some of the things necessary to join a TS to AD. To be honest, joining ANY legacy Linux NAS to ANY for of AD is a pain in the rear, but JoshC's explination seems as sound as any I've seen over the years.
